I am in network for Magellan/Yale Health Plan,  Aetna,  and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. 

I am also happy to file claims as an out of network provider for any other insurance company. 
If you want to use your out of network benefits, it is important to check with your company to be sure you understand out of network deductibles and terms. 

My fee is $150 per 45 minute session.
